Cartome Developer API

Real-time availability, prices, rental conditions and bookings for Cartome rental cars in Batumi, Kutaisi and Tbilisi. Public, free, no API key.

Availability

GET /api/v1/availability?from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD&pickup=<point>

Returns the cars available for the dates, sorted by total price: price per day, rental, delivery and after-hours fees, deposit, insurance excess, car page and a booking link with the dates pre-filled. Prices match the booking page.

Parameters: pickup, return — batumi-airport, batumi-office, batumi-delivery, kutaisi-airport, kutaisi-city, tbilisi-airport, tbilisi-city (or batumi / kutaisi / tbilisi); t1, t2 — hours 0–23; seats; awd=1; max_day (USD); lang — ru, en, tr, ar, he, ko, zh, ka.

Fleet and calendar

GET /api/v1/cars — all cars with specifications, prices by rental length and booked dates for the next 90 days. The same data as files: /availability.json, /availability.txt, refreshed every 30 minutes.

Rental information

GET /api/v1/info?topic=<topic> — conditions, fees, FAQ and contacts. Topics: quick_facts, company, policies, faq, faq_ru, included, addons, fleet, routes, cities, blog, contact, short_answers, how_to_answer.
GET /api/v1/search?q=<query> — search across Cartome guides: driving rules, routes, borders, seasons.

Bookings

POST /api/v1/book (JSON): car_id, from, to, t1, t2, pickup, return, name, birthday, phone, email, flight, lang, user_confirmed. Submit only after the customer has confirmed the car, dates, total price and the terms. The server re-checks availability and price, creates a confirmed reservation (no prepayment — payment at pickup) and returns the booking number, voucher link and a link for uploading documents.

Booking link without integration: every car in the availability response has book_url — it opens the booking form for that car with the dates and pickup point pre-filled.
