All documents (rental agreements, handover and return acts, etc.) prepared and signed on the Cartome website with a simple electronic signature have full legal force under the laws of Georgia and are equivalent to handwritten-signed documents. By signing electronically you confirm your agreement with the terms of the respective document.
By providing your data (full name, contacts, date of birth, passport and driving licence details, document photos, etc.) you give your voluntary consent to their processing for the purpose of booking a car and preparing and performing the rental agreement.
